We want to work with you to create an individualized treatment plan to support you in moving forward to meet your goals. Our therapists use an eclectic and holistic approach, using multiple therapeutic modalities to best support you through gaining insight and developing effective coping strategies. We believe in meeting you where you are at with acceptance and understanding.
Our diverse, experienced and licensed psychotherapists are here to provide virtual counselling. We specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, PTSD, sexual health, relationships, communication challenges, life challenges, and more.
Therapy Services
Individual Psychotherapy: Adults and Youth
Our team of clinicians are skilled at working with a wide range of emotional and behavioural challenges. We work with individual clients to create a comfortable, supportive, and highly personalized approach.
Couples Psychotherapy
Members of our team of clinicians have the skills to support couples through a number of different challenges. We work to support couples through communication challenges, infidelity, lack of intimacy, and lack of connection.
Group or Family Psychotherapy
Some of our clinicians have experience supporting families or groups in understanding relational dynamics, behavioural patterns, working through grief, and managing following a traumatic event.
Sex Psychotherapy
A clinician is currently enrolled in an American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) certified course.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Social Work Degree from the University of Victoria. I have been registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers since 2015.

Do you offer consultations?
Yes, we offer FREE 15 minute consultations with our therapists.
How do I know if the therapist is right for me?
One of the biggest indicators of success is if you feel a sense of connection with your therapist early in treatment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you let us or your therapist know 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel to avoid any late cancellation charges.
How does billing work?
We offer direct billing to many private insurance plans, please contact us for more information. We also offer a convenient system that accepts major credit cards or e-transfers.
Are your therapists licensed?
Yes, all of our therapists are either registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers or the College of Registered Psychotherapists.
Can I get an receipt for my appointment?
Yes, you can. A receipt will be issued once payment is processed.

How much does therapy cost?
The cost of therapy sessions will depend on the type of service provided. For example, our individual sessions are $145. Please see our Services page for more information.
Do I need a referral from my physician?
No, you do not need a physician’s referral to access services. However, your private insurance may require one for coverage to claim mental health therapy services. Please contact your private insurance to confirm their requirements.
What can I expect at my first session?
The first appointment is called an intake session (can be 1-2 sessions) which involves an assessment to understand your history and background, relationship dynamics and the stressors/challenges that have contributed to your current situation and state. Your therapist will also discuss your goals for therapy and work with you to develop a treatment plan to meet those goals. We aim to make this process a comfortable one and to provide you with a safe place to talk about your concerns.
Who can benefit from psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy can benefit any individual, couple, or family that is struggling with handling life stressors, life changes, and emotional, and behavioural difficulties. Therapy isn’t just about navigating through crises; it’s a powerful tool for personal growth and self-discovery.
Will what I talk about be kept private?
Yes. This is a fundamental and crucial tenet of the psychotherapy code of conduct. What is discussed in therapy remains confidential. All clinicians of Constellation Therapy practice psychotherapy ethically and in accordance with strict professional standards.
